Guest guest
Hi Phil, I am going to start on the HCG diet this next week. I know that the HCG helps men with their conversion to testosterone, but does HCG have the same effect in women? Mr Dr. seemed to think that this did not apply to females but honestly said he was not sure. Do you know?? Thanks,
Guest guest
The hcg diet is CRAP and a scam - you lose weight because the diet is ultra low in calories - 500 or so per day - don't waste your money > > Hi Phil, > > I am going to start on the HCG diet this next week. Guest guest
To get pregnant or to follow the hcg which actually can increase pru ogesterone resulting in improved adrenal and thyroid function. Depending on your chemistry it can stress the adrenals if they are already low. It is a hit or miss with this type of therpay. So you just have to feel it out if you are using it for weight loss. Bascially it causes your body to use stored fat when in caloire deficit > > > > Sorry, I don't agree.  I've done this diet before and lost over 25lbs. within the 40 day period in May of 2010.  I felt great and my skin stayed tight, not lose from the rapid weight loss. It targets the fat.  It has not been until recent that my Dr. and I felt that my T was converting to E.  We are work > > [The entire original message is not included] > >
Guest guest
HCG acts like the LH message from your brain that tells your body to make hormones in me it tells there testis to make Testosterone in women I think it tells there ovaries to make E's. Here is a link to a forum when I was looking into trying this diet. Here is a link to there forum and a link to how the diet works by the Dr. that created it. http://4hcgsuccess.com/for-hcg-success-forums http://4hcgsuccess.com/hcg-protocol At Dr. 's forum he has a lot of men on HCG I posted I was going to try this diet. Other men read about it and when on it they have a long thread about how good they are doing on it. My Heart Dr. will not let me try it. Here is a link to the Thread at Dr. s I think you can read it with out being a member if not just join. Here are some things the guys said about it. ================================================== Several guys did the hcg diet and kept a log on this forum, including myself.I dropped 60 lbs in 70 days of actual dieting (6 week break in between rounds).I got my info from a site that Phil posted: 4hcgsuccess.com (no " www " ).There is a forum there that appeared to be 95% women.I might have had second thoughts if I were not on TRT already. Guest guest
Thanks for the info Phil. Do you think this " diet " is the same HCG compound men take for low T? If so, your body should respond to the HCG regardless of the diet angle. Guest guest
Thanks Phil!  I will try the links and do some reading.   The diet really helped me lose. I did it this past summer and lost 25 lbs. I felt great! and really felt better getting the extra pounds off. I kept it off until recent when I've had this hormone imbalance. Time to get it off again. My daughter did the diet and lost 50lbs...she is quite overweight though. She does have a male friend that has done it several times and continued to lose his weight.  So I do know that it can be a successful diet.  I guess the worst part is the low calories but after a few days the HCG tends to start working and the cravings are not as bad.  You confirmed exactly what my Dr. said....he said he thought it would convert to my ovaries just as it converts to a male's testis. He also said that at my age my my ovaries were most likely not producing much anymore and the HCG may have little to no effect.  > From: <cinkourk@...> > Subject: HCG effect on Testosterone for females > > Date: Friday, January 14, 2011, 8:18 PM > Hi Phil, > > I am going to start on the HCG diet this next week. I > know that the HCG helps men with their conversion to > testosterone, but does HCG have the same effect in > women? Mr Dr. seemed to think that this did not apply > to females but honestly said he was not sure. Do you > know?? > > Thanks, > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >

Guest guest
Dosages of hcg diet range from 100-250 ius daily. The principle is that it triggers and enyzme in the body to used stored body fat as fuel while preserving lean muscle mass from elevated testosterone for men and progesterone levels in females. One is NOT suppose to exercise because this will cause the body to eat up its lean muscle mass. Walking and low caloires of <500 a day is needed to make it work. More so I see it as a combination of science and a placebo effect. You are paying X so you are more likely to eat healthier because of spending a crap load of money. There are clinics that are charging 300 bucks for These HCG programs. They are also selling a homeopathic form which is basically IMO 100% a placebo. The simple changes in lifestyle people are more conscious of are really what is making the program work. Its basically a detoxifcation program more then anything with a slight hormonal kick. > > > > > > Hi Phil, > > > > > > I am going to start on the HCG diet this next > > week. Guest guest
Yes it is but with the diet you do a lot of things before starting on the HCG shots that you do everyday for a time. You need to read how it works and I can't say if it works I never did it but men I have talked to for yrs at Dr. 's forum did it and say it works.
