Guest guest
Yah, trying! Today I discovered I have a big cavity in a tooth, probably from using fluoride-free toothpaste and also from having unbalanceds hormones. :-( I also got " sand " in my urine, from high uric acid. Gout. I have not taken my Allopurinol (against high uric acid) for 1 week. And now I learned that I need to take it. Until I have Hypothyroidism under control. Then, I can stop taking that medication. So other than those, I am still alive and kicking. Just got visitors from the States, from Seattle, which was pleasant. The left after 2 hours. So now I am alone again. Gonna play some Nintendo (I am 32, not a kid btw) and watch " The Burbs " which is a great Tom Hanks movie, and stick to low carb. That's what my evening looks like. It's like being 16 again. Limited lifestyle! Me + the apartment! I do have a dog and we walk 3 times daily. We look at the girls together.. But I have no hope for a girl now, cause I feel so drowsy all the time, and also, my " equipment " is not working while on TRT, so.. I just miss being able to leave the apartment without bringing meds with me, I miss jumping into my car and just hitting the road going anywhere, staying up late, going to a bar, visiting friends or whatever. I miss my old life which stopped in 2008.... Sigh... I'll go and start a multivitamin and hope that brings something good into my life. Haha. I get pleasure from taking a multi! LOL! What a life I have! Cheers guys! Have a good evening! It's 7:15 pm over here in icy cold Norway. Time for a movie and a snack! (Read: Organic peanut butter with sea salt in it!) Oh yeah, and my blood sugar is decent now. 2 hrs after eating it was 6.8 mmol/l, or 122 mg/dL, which is the US standard. This is a good number 2 hours after eating. The range on the meter says: 108 - 150 pg/mL is the normal range for fasting, not eating. And I guess 2+ hours after eating as well. My HBA1C was not above top range right after Christmas, and told me a few days ago that I don't have diabetes now. But I gotta watch it, and I am! I am a good boy. I don't fall for temptation, not when I know it's " close " to going real bad. So here I am. Alone in my apartment. Missing living like I once did. I think I'll just catch that movie ( " The Burbs " ) from my library of more than 1.500 movies (all original dvd's bought with my own money) and relax. TO ACCEPT ONE IS SICK AND DISABLED. It's better than being dead. > From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> > Subject: Re: My many E2 results: Arimidex or not? > > Date: Wednesday, February 2, 2011, 5:10 PM > i agree you need to take a vacation > for a while and let your mind relax. Guest guest
I would really like an answer tot his.. I can't stop thinking about it when I feel as bad as I do today :-( Is there a way I can lower E2 naturally without Arimidex? I do have Arimidex here... :\ But I am adraid to use it without Hertoghes permission! ------------ READ BELOW ! This is a copy of my email sent to Dr. Hertoghe today: (Maybe you guys could comment?) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Dr. Hertoghe, I need to know I need to take Arimidex based on all my different E2-results from the past 2 months: (Samples drawn at 11 am, fasting, with T-gel applied 1-2 evenings before draw as per your request!) Lab 1 Norway:18 Nov 2010 - Estradiol: 0.11 nmol/L (<0.18 nmol/L) N? RP-L. Brussels: 15 Jan 2010 - Estradiol: 69 pg/mL (<30 pg/mL) H! RP-L. Brussels: 18 Jan 2011 - Control E2 (old serum) 40 pg/mL (<30 pg/mL) H! Lab 1 Norway: 10 Jan 2011 - Estradiol: 0.08 pmol/L (<0.18 pmol/L) N? Lab 2 Norway: 26 Jan 2011 - Estradiol: 0.15 nmol/L (0.06 - 0.14 nmol/L) H! It's difficult for me to decide myself as I am not a hormone specialist.
