Guest guest
Many diabetics are hypothyroid. Has he had labs for that run? But to answer your question, yes TRT is supposed to help insulin resistance. > > My friend has type II diabedes and low T of 300s he is 57 yrs old. Guest guest
My next door neighbor has type II diabetes and has signs of low T and high E2, so I asked my doctor if TRT would be a good idea for him. My doctor said that TRT is a good idea and that many diabetics end up being able to control their diabetes much better once starting TRT. Guest guest
I would not jump into TRT find out why he is low one big thing is high Estradiol levels. http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/89/3/1174 http://www.medibolics.com/ArimidexBoostsTestosterone.htm If his Estradiol levels are to high over 30 pg/ml best at 20 getting them down can add up to 300 more points to his labs this would be 600 and he might not need TRT.
