Many diabetics are hypothyroid. Has he had labs for that run?

But to answer your question, yes TRT is supposed to help insulin resistance.

My next door neighbor has type II diabetes and has signs of low T and high

E2, so I asked my doctor if TRT would be a good idea for him. My doctor

said that TRT is a good idea and that many diabetics end up being able to

control their diabetes much better once starting TRT.

I would not jump into TRT find out why he is low one big thing is high Estradiol

levels.

If his Estradiol levels are to high over 30 pg/ml best at 20 getting them down

can add up to 300 more points to his labs this would be 600 and he might not

need TRT.
