Left hCG out of the fridge

overnight. Will this still be good, or do I need to mix a new batch? Just to be

sure, I have the 5000 IU vials. So I just need to mix 5ml of bac water with it,

for the correct mix, correct?

If it was hot it's no good mix a new one do it anyway.

Here is the trick that I learned about HCG. Mix it the night before and this

will prevent any e2 spikes from taking a concentrated shot. I learned and also

phil learned the hard way because this was reason we could not stablize our e2s.

When my freind mixed it up I never had a problem for the time I was using his

then all of sudden my e2 went nuts. It really depended on when I took the test

inrelation to opening a new bottle. This is when my e2 was the highest. I start

taking adex then 2-3 weeks later I be way too low because the adex with lower

concentration of HCG.

5 cc of water in powder tickle slowly.

Mix night before

Roll in your hands before your shot to make sure it mixed up. Do not shot

immediately after missing you will get 4 times amount needed which will cause

the rest of the bottle to be less potent having e2 all over the place.

Well I left it on my dresser, so it wasn't real hot. I shot about 2pm yesterday,

and saw the bottle this morning. So it was out at least 16 hours.

I know how you feel I did this a few times over the yrs. Just mix a new better

to be safe then sorry.
