Guest guest
, weight gain has been my problem from the time I quit smoking. I just eat to dam much not that I can't walk due to muscle damage from being on Statin Drugs and need a walker. I cut way back on what I eat. I hit bottom last Sept.. and have lost 30 lbs just cutting back on how much I eat. For yrs I was a member at Weight Watchers losing and gaining weight. Never seamed to work for me not that I need walker to walk I have gone from 310 lbs to 280 and I did not gain a pound over the Holiday's. You need to take 2mgs of Copper for every 50 mgs of Zinc you take Zinc will lower your Copper. I think it's time to try a med to lower your E2 levels. Guest guest
You can take all the zinc in the world and it still will be worthless. If other factors affecting metabolism and uptake of zinc are not working properly you are just wasting your time. I took 100 mgs of zinc for month did nothing except drive my copper and iron levels in to the gutter. Since other factors where not in check I was not absorbing it. As of now you are doing more harm then good. > > Hello Everyone, > > Based on what I read here, I've begun to augment my treatment regimen by taking Zinc. As I talked about before, the Pure Rip with DIM only had a moderate to mild impact, but it was still worth a try. I'm fairly certain that it's going to take something like Anastrozole to really make a dent. My last lab results regarding testosterone showed me at slightly above 400, which is an improvement from when I began testosterone replacement, but still nowhere near where it needs to be. I don't even have to look at numbers to recognize that. > > Also, I've gained A TON of weight in a short period of time. I started testosterone in early November. I weighed around 245 lbs. then. Now, in early February, I am up to nearly 290 lbs. I've had to go up one waist size already, but it doesn't feel like I've put on fat. My diet has not changed much. I eat about the same things at the same time as I did before. Though I have the right frame to support this sudden weight gain, I'm still concerned. I may very well have to go up another size very shortly if this continues. This could possibly be muscle mass because I do regularly workout and lift weights, but it still seems really excessive. > > Anyone have any suggestions or potential answers? > > Thanks, > > . >
