Guest guest
The aches and pains you have could be hypothyroid symptoms from lack of ferritin, which is needed for thyroid utilization. Dr. no likes men's ferritin at 150. You cannot donate blood more than 2x/year to keep those levels. If you are getting erythrocytosis (thick blood), you need to adjust your dose downwards, and take it more frequently. Maybe you can get by with 85 mg every 6 days or 70 mg every 5 days. Dr. no also says T only needs to be at 650, though some feel better higher and possibly lower too, so not sure how high your levels are. But suffice to say, without adequate thyroid, every cell in your body will be negatively affected.
