I have to take 24,000 IU's of Vit. D to keep my levels up. Here are some good

links about Vit. D and the Video link the Dr. feels you can't overdose on Vit.

, thanks for posting. Will pass this on to DH, since he still gets up at

least once nightly. We've both been taking 10,000 IU D3 for over a year and our

levels are still lower than we'd like. Our doc thinks no one has adequate levels

no matter how much sun they get. Have you seen Gaston Naesson's work? He was

able to culture cancer cells from a tumor and by changing the medium a number of

times, produced ordinary yeast cells. The book is called The Trial and

Persecution of Gaston Naessons, so you can guess how well this his knowledge was

recieved mainstream. If you haven't had your thyroid levels checked, you might

want to get Free T3, Free T4, and Reverse T3 levels tested, since yeast and

fungus thrive in lowered body temps.
