I stopped statins durgs 7 weeks ago started on COQ10 Doctor's Best Best

Ubiquinol Featuring Kaneka's Qh (100mg), take 3 a day been on them 4 days now.

Do you know how long this takes to work.

My Heart Dr. told me to get this also been on them 4 days also.

Now Foods Lecithin, 400 Softgels/1200mg

And I will never take a statin drug again I had pain from day one on this yet I

never had high Chol. levels in my life.

Well I posted an update today I am feeling a little better thinks for the links

I joined the other statin group just got in this morning. They said you sould

not stop statin drugs cold you need to wean off them 3 weeks. I stopped cold 7

weeks ago and this is when the problems started.

Stopping Statins

Statins are a potent anti-inflammatory drug. The fact that statins also lower

cholesterol is " irrelevant " . If you are experiencing severe side effects from a

statin drug you may need to stop abruptly, but it is highly recommended that you

taper off over a 3 week period.

Cut pills in 1/2

Wk 1: take that 1/2 pill every day

Wk 2: take that 1/2 pill every other day

Wk 3: take that 1/2 pill every 3rd day
