Guest guest
As I mentioned before it was probably a lab error due to improper transportation. You answered your own question. Blood probably coagulatated and thicken causing high false readings. IMO I would hold off on armidex > > So folks, after the sky-high E2 result at Hertoghe's blood sample in mid December 2010, I did a new E2 test locally just to be sure it was really that high before I started Arimidex. The result I got today was as following: > > Estradiol: 0.08 nmol/l (<0.18 nmol/l) > > What the HELL??? Now E2 is good. What is going on here? Guest guest
Hmmmm. Jesus holy christ. Maybe ALL my readings from Hertoghes blood samples have been wrong? Maybe I don't have high Testosterone now at all then? Look at the link, look at the high readings of some things. I asked the lab, RP-Lab in Brussels, Belgium, if the blood needed to be sentrifuged before sending it. They said NO. My GP's office are like " oooook that's weird cause we need to do it before sending blood to out LOCAL labs nearby! " - My question is............................................................... Is this all a BIG BIG MISTAKE? Maybe I shouldn't be on ANY Hormone replacements due to FAULTY RESULTS? *scared* From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> Subject: Re: Nwe E2 result Date: Thursday, January 13, 2011, 2:19 PM Â As I mentioned before it was probably a lab error due to improper transportation. Guest guest
I am holding on the Arimidex for now. Havent taken it yet. Phil, so you think the high reading, the blood I shipped out of country for analyze, is a false one? Or do you think the local hospital one is a false one? Hertoghe asked me to do a third check on this. So I will draw blood on Monday! > From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> > Subject: Re: Nwe E2 result > > Date: Thursday, January 13, 2011, 8:19 AM > As I mentioned before it was probably > a lab error due to improper transportation. Guest guest
No your mistake is using 2 different labs I don't kown for the life of me why you do this. I feel your labs from Dr. Hertoghe are good. I never seen units like you other labs have. Are you going to a hosp. and having them do your labs don't look good hosp labs are not good labs. Guest guest
If I were you I would only do labs with Hertoghe and not at a diff. lab then he used. Guest guest
But if there's a chance the samples are skewed due to shipping of blood in the mail (2-3 days with DHL Express), I am worried doing so... :-( > > > > > From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> > > > Subject: Re: Nwe E2 result > > > > > > Date: Thursday, January 13, 2011, 8:19 AM > > > As I mentioned before it was probably > > > a lab error due to improper transportation.
