Guest guest
1. Yes, I think DIM is more natural; I am anti-pharmaceutical drugs because of unknown side effects, and my experience with other drugs. 2. Cost, hassle of getting arimidex. Arimidex is an option if I can't get his down naturally, but I will try everything else first. I would expect resistance from any doc if I asked for that drug. > > Group > > Ok > > so what is the problem with treating high E2 with armidex if I know the dosage > that works for me?? > > Is Dim/copper/zinc just a more " natural " way to decrease E2??? > > discussion?? >
Guest guest
Every man in the USA needs zinc we don't get it from the corn fed meat we eat. As for DIM I tell men that can't get Arimidex from there Dr. to try DIM and some men taking a very low dose of Arimidex still end up to low so doing DIM helps it works by converting E2 on to good E's so the liver can wash them out better.
