1. Yes, I think DIM is more natural; I am anti-pharmaceutical drugs because of

unknown side effects, and my experience with other drugs.

2. Cost, hassle of getting arimidex.

Arimidex is an option if I can't get his down naturally, but I will try

everything else first. I would expect resistance from any doc if I asked for

that drug.

Every man in the USA needs zinc we don't get it from the corn fed meat we eat.

As for DIM I tell men that can't get Arimidex from there Dr. to try DIM and some

men taking a very low dose of Arimidex still end up to low so doing DIM helps it

works by converting E2 on to good E's so the liver can wash them out better.
