My Urea Nitrogen (BUN) is to high 26 top of range is 25 mg/dL.  I just got home

for seeing my heart Dr. he said my Heart is fine and that I am Dehydrated and

feels my leg pain might be from low Potassium so he gave me a Script for some.

He also said to take some coenzyme Q10 and Lecithin.

He told me my heart is fine but I need to get some exercise and walk. Problem I

think being on them Statins drugs did cause this pain in my muscles I am having.

I stopped taking Crestor 7 weeks ago and my joint and muscle pain is a lot

better except for my hips and legs.

I am very worried about this I can hardly walk and now on Pain pills.

I hope them Potassium pills help this. How do you get exercise with this

problem. I told the heart Dr. from day one then Statins were doing this to me

and all they kept doing is changing it from one dam drug to the other and still

I was having this dam pain. Now that I can't walk they listen.

I did a lot of reading about GH before trying it but never did the search with

back and leg pain in the search window. Today I did and I got a ton of info

saying joint and muscle pain on GH.

I stopped it two days ago I hope this is the problem. I have two bad now real

bad disks in my lower back and for yrs when I stand up I am sore until I start

to walk for a min.

I have done physical therapy before the heat packs felt great but some of the

exercises hurt my back even more. They use a machine like doing an ultra sound

on your back and this helped with the pain.

When I seen my Dr. he asked me if I want to try physical therapy again. If this

does not get better I am going to see a back Dr. and get an MRI done again maybe

it's worse.

I have had a bunch of night leg cramps recently... seems that how I move my

legs at night would effect them somehow. I was wondering if I need to go to

the doc because of this or if I just eat more potassium and see how it goes

would help.

I do have a disk problem in my lower back and sitting if I move my hips or arch

my back I feel pain in my back my lower back. Now standing if I stand bent over

my legs don't hurt as bad. But cramps can be a A magnesium deficiency and

taking ZMA can help.

Thanks Judy your a get help here you and Barb. I am not sure about the

potassium but the statins did lower my Co Q 10 levels. When I did labs on them

this were below normal. So I got some dam good Co Q 10 but I stopped them when

I stopped the statins.

I am going to keep taking the potassium this week then stop. My pain is a

little better I have been off GH 3 days now. On GH my Thyroid started working

again I went hyper had to come off Armour little by litter even 15mgs made me

hyper.

So now I am on 250 mcgs of Synthroid generic and 5 mcgs of T3 2's a day feel

good on this.

I have two bad disks in my lower back and have pain in it off and on. I have

tired some things to see if I get less pain from my back by laying on the floor

with my legs up on a chair no help.

I doubled up on my Sea Salt in my water to help with being dehydrated no much

better there. I don't have any pain in my legs sitting down or laying in bed.

It's when I stand up my legs cramp up on me front and back of my upper legs.

The pain knocks the wind out of me and if I stand in one place and don't move I

can't stand it.

If this is not better in a week I am going to a back Dr.

Stoping the GH I have lost a lot of water I must have been holding.
