question for phil (and others who have used aromasin) - dosing

Hey Phil (and others),

I asked this question a few weeks ago but I deleted it and forgot what you

said. So, my apologies for asking it again.

How do I dose aromasin? It has a pretty strong effect on my heart but it

makes me feel so dang good the next day. I was thinking about doing 1/4 of

a pill every 3 days then 4 days, then 3 days, etc... saw this on another

forum.

I could also do 1/4 every 3 days to coincide with my shots as well.

Please let me know what you think.

Mike you can do that but what meds are you on if your on a Thyroid meds you can

be going hyper from the Estradiol levels going down try not taking you Thyroid

med the day you try the aromasin you would only need to do this a very short

time until your Estradiol levels come down and level off.

To tell if your going to low on your Estradiol as this comes down you will get

back if your don't have them your night time and morning wood.

If you drive your Estradiol levels to low you will lose this wood so if you

think you did not have it. See if you can get it up easy and fast and that it

is a strong one before you get out of bed.

If your Estraidol went to low you will not be able to get it up. It's not bad

to go to low as long as you keep track and stop the aromasin when this happens.

When your wood comes back your at your best levels then go back on the aromasin

but do less. Say if you were doing it every 2 days go to every 3 days.

Keep a log on this as you get good at this you will be able to tell when your

going to high or falling to low. Estradiol never stays the same it's all ways

changing so you need to adjust as it changes.
