Guest guest
Thank you Again Phil: Can you please help with your advice and wisdom! I'm 52 in great physcial shape, weights 2-3 times weekly cardio 2-3 times weekly. Thyroid levels are and have been in range for 5 years that I have been on Synthroid .1M. I am on TRT .5 cc weekly (100mg) Testostorone was 653 last time 5 free was 2.75 Arimidex (.125g) every 2 to third day and DIM in between. E2 was 18 and 16 for the last 2 labs (every 3 months) I dont know if it is the protein shakes I've taken or the cortisol. I do eat either cheese, cottage cheese, peanut butter b4 bed. I wake up about 3 hours into my sleep T shirt and pillow case wet. I change the shirt switch pillows and fall back asleep to awake again 2-3 hours latter a little wet again, Sometime I go through 3 shirts a night. Last week after my T shot Thursday evening I took 1 teaspoon of Redmound Clay. (benetite) that I learned about from this forum. It helped for 2 nights no night sweats. DRs. dont know what is causing the Night Sweats. I am not hypo glycemic however I become VERY irritable when I am hungry. I do wake up in the night a little hungry, so perhaps it is my cortisol levels that are too high. ________________________________ From: philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> Sent: Wed, March 2, 2011 9:30:56 AM Subject: Re: Fw: PSA and Fenofibrates vs statin meds  You still need to figure out why your having night sweats. It can be from low Cortisol levels making your sugar levels fall to low at night. Try eating some cheese or nuts before bed it only take a little. Or if your on TRT it's your Estradiol levels going high at night this is when the go the highest. One other thing is Thyroid. If your on TRT what do you take how much and when.
