WHY do I need to apply the gel AND take DHEA in the EVENING 2 nights before the

blood draw? Hertoghe says this midt be done to Get the best results.

For men on Androgel or Testim I tell them to not put on the gel the morning of

doing labs. I tell them to shower to get the old gel off do labs then put the

gel on after. The reasion for this is if you have the gel on the spot they take

the blood from you will get a spick in your labs most men on them gels have

levels at about 600. Putting the gel on first they get levels over 1200 there

Dr. gets upset and lowers there dose and they crash.

Men that can't do this we tell them to do the labs after the gel is on 6 hrs.

Because the testosterone stays just under the skin going in to the blood slow

over the next 4 to 5 hrs. So if they can't do labs in the morning they put the

gel on keeping it off the area they take the blood from.

So all he is doing is trying to get a good reading on your levels. Your gel is

not the same as we have so this must be what he needs you to do to get good

labs.
