When one has a severe candida overgrowth the candida interferes with the

hormones balances and creates a natural progestorone which causes huge problems

in women. It is really, in my experience, that the candida overgrowth is

causing the hormone problems. I do address this in my book of Candida, which you

can view an download from my web site www.environotics.com or www.mbsre-set.com.

In my clinical experience all your problems are related to a gut imbalance,

, and an electrical system that is not in harmony.

I wonder if somebody tried DIM?

I was going to try but in my age 52 it is probably not a good idea bc estrogen

should drop itself. My estrogen is too high according to saliva test and I

belive so bc I have many related problems _ adenomyoma fibroid, otosclerosis and

hot flashes. Some expert say hormone inbalace cause candida too.

Though my blood test is different and showed very high progesterone instead I am

still concern about estrogen too. I have red that too much of both can cause

reflux and dismotility problems. When I took progesteron I had severe burning in

esophasgus but it could be estrogen influence as it is increasing too.

I probably would try your supplements but all probiotics and enzymes burn my

stomach and esophagus bc I have severe GERD though it is not acid reflux and had

gastritis in the past. I was taking probiotics and candida enzymes for 1 year

before that and it helped a lot.

I am visiting chiro now and it helped a lot with congtipation and probably will

help with electrical imbalaces. I am very sensitive to EMF and probably I need

correction.

The guys on the web are having good luck with this brand but any brand with

Indolplex in it will work take one tab at dinner.

Hardasnails was looking for Indolplex/DIM he kept sending me links he found here

is what I put together.

====================================================

ALL ABOUT DIM.

Sure here is a few links that are all about it. But there are a lot of Co.'s

out there selling DIM that don't work well. Indolplex/DIM is the best it dose

not get killed in your stomach when you take it.

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a stable indole found in cruciferous vegetables which

promotes a beneficial estrogen metabolism in both women and men.

http://www.dimfaq.com/index.htm

in this link it's full of links about it.

http://qualitycounts.com/fpdim.html

http://www.jbc.org/content/278/23/21136.full

If you have DIM in caps it's not Indolplex so to take this and to get it to work

open the cap pore the DIM into a spoon add some Olive oil and take it this helps

to keep it from getting killed in your stomach.

The following is some links to where you can buy Indolplex/DIM.

I am confused.

Indoplex DIM is a trademark of Bioresponse.

I went to the the BioResponse website and ordered some DIM and it came in

capsules but it is somehow micronized.

BioResponse.com does not seem to supply Indoplex on their website.

None of this makes any sense to me.

Do I need to oil this stuff also?

Yes you have the wrong DIM Indolplex/DIM comes in tablets and gets past your

stomach before it can be killed Bioresponse is a trade name they use or adding

to the DIM caps some time ago but it's not the same just because it's called

Bioresponse dose not mean it's the best. Open the caps pore into a spoon add

some Olive oil and try it this way. It helps it from getting killed in the

stomach.

I have a prescription for Arimidex to

keep Testosterone from morphing into Estrogen in my body.

I am not sure how ( or if ) DIM

works.... that is whether it actually prevents the aromatisation of

Testosterone into Estrogen, whether it somehow inactivates it, or whether it

doesn’t really do either.

If you can get the script from you

Dr. , at least it is well established that Aromatase Inhibitors do in fact

work.

I use a pill cutter and cut the small pill in half then I stand it on the

cut end and use a single edge razor blade to cut the half in half works great.

Bill,

That is double the size I am taking, 120mg but I am taking two most of the

time so it would be the same taking one of those. Let us know how it works

for you?

It works out cheaper than what I just ordered.

http://www.topbrandvitamins.com/estrobalance-with-dim-60-tabs-by-enzymatic-thera\

py.html

I ordered 4 but I still not sure if they are going to give me both the %5

discount (over $99) and the free shipping(over $79). There order form was

rather confusing and wouldn't let you put in both discounts at the same time

so I wrote them a note asking for them both. We will see what happens.

Before I ordered from:

I never seen them that big but the link this all started at says the dose is 240

mgs by taking two 120 mgs tablets. And yes you can cut them in half I did this

with the 120 mgs tables this is one good reasion for taking tablets if you go to

low on them cut them in half.

Hi Phil,

I think your misreading it. Those caps are 240 mg. It doesn't say

anything about 120mg. They are having you take two 240mg caps for " cancer

prevention. " You will notice there are only 30 servings from the 60 caps.

This below is from their add:

Indolplex 240 mg 60 caps

Supplement Facts

Serving Size: 2 Capsules

Servings per container 30

Brett

RE: RE: DIM

I never seen them that big but the link this all started at says the dose is

240 mgs by taking two 120 mgs tablets. And yes you can cut them in half I

did this with the 120 mgs tables this is one good reasion for taking tablets

if you go to low on them cut them in half.

Yep your right sorry about this I don't think it's anygood Indolplex/DIM comes

in Tablets it is a process on the Tablets that keeps it from getting killed in

your stomach. I was told this yrs ago by the men that told me to try it the

other brands of DIM were not working.

And this is in caps and very strong what I was taking and telling men to take is

120 mgs.

This one comes in Tables says 2 tables 240 mgs so my thinking is the tables are

120 mgs.

Phil would you say the DIM is as effective as HCG injections? And can you tell

me what HC is that you talk about? Thanks. Bill

DIM lowes E2 HCG acts like the message your brain sends to your testis LH to

make Testosterone. HC is Hydrocortisone (synthetic cortisol).

Does DIM lower E2 or convert bad estrogens to good estrogens, or does that have

the same effect of lowering E2? I'm confused. Thanks.

DIM does not block Estradiol this is the bad guy it will convert it into a good

Estrogen so your liver can wash it out. Here read this about it and in this

other link is links to all kinds of info.

.....you may have to factor in your age. Cialis can give you a

bounce even 4 days later. It's possible.

I have taken DIM many many many many days. Enough to give it a fair chance

in helping me. I have never noticed any benefit from it in wood at any

time. HOWEVER, I am over sixty and that might be why.

Recently I ordered arimidex from alldaychemist and I am taking 1/4 tablet

every three days. I am happy to report that nighttime and morning wood has

returned. I am so thankful to God as those type erections are part of our

masculinity and we men grieve the loss of them when they go. Erections

are better and I feel more like I did 15 years or so ago.

I am not on any prescription T and take only ISA-Test which is a natural T

booster. Thank to Phil and the guys on this board for preaching the

benefits of arimidex. In keeping with their suggestions, I will use the

nighttime and morning wood as a barometer of how my estrogen levels are (plus

the

blood testing).

Good luck. What is your general age category, ?
