Guest guest
Phil, Looks like I'm on the same path that you traveled. Went to my endo and discussed the high TSH that you pointed out and he's setting me up with a low dose of T4 to try out in addition to TRT. I thought that was pretty cool of him since the TSH is in " normal range " . He's one of those docs that is against prescribing Cortisol unless you truly present with 's disease. He was cool about going to T injections if my T doesn't come up significantly though. Spent about 1/2 hour going over my labs and really gave me a good lesson on how the pituitary works. Anyway. If this doesn't work, I'll try to find one that will do something about weak adrenals - in the meantime, if someone knows of a natural way to kick-start one's adrenals, I'd like to know. Thanks in advance. > > > From: Dave <dcbaden@...> > > Subject: Re: Can someone help me with my lab results? > > > > Date: Friday, February 26, 2010, 4:20 PM > > > > Thanks Phil. > > I didn't know that about TSH. I guess I'd have to > > find a pretty sharp thyroid Dr. to follow up on that. > > Probably should start at " go " and find someone to analyze my > > pituitary. Is there a list of recommended dr.s to do > > this? > > > > Testosterone is doing better since I went to 2 tubes.
