I think we were all a little scared when we started out. It's not a cakewalk, but we know it can be done. It's good she is coming with you. It helps to know exactly what's going on, so you can take the necessary precautions, but not be overly afraid. With care and foreknowledge, hcv is not that contagious. It is my understanding that they are reporting better success with the once a week peg combo than the 3x regular combo. Plus the fact of reduced sides and only one shot a week. I would sure push for that one. (It was not available to me). I told him to chip in and start supporting them the other day!!! LOL......
