As we age and lose muscle and gain belly fat it can look smaller. If your

saying it's smaller for sex then this might be what is doing this. In the soft

state if can look smaller if your Estradiol levels are on the high side. I find

it hangs bigger when my E2 levels are at there best for me this is just under 20

pg/ml. If I let it go to high my penis looks like it's gone into hiding.

The very best thing to do for penile size enhancement is to lose belly and pubic

pad fat.I went for 270 to 190 " s and am over 6'1 " .My penis of course is the same

size but appears to be 2 " longer and much larger in girth.That pubic pad of fat

steals your size.For that reason alone, lose the fat.You will like the results

in the mirror,lol.

I think it rather a case of the opposite.

This is the thing that got me looking into TRT in the first place since my

20s my erect size has shrunk over 1 inch. I am 55 now. This is actual erect

size loss from actual measurements not the effect of belly and pubic fat

which can add to the effect. I expect this comes from maybe 20 years or

more of being low on T although my more recent development of Peyronie's

may have contributed to the overall effect with me at this time.

The other thing is just as our arteries get blocked similar things can

effect our erect size but it appears that none of this makes much difference

in flaccid size. If anything I have noticed flaccid size has increased

since I started TRT but I expect this may be because increased T keeps it

slightly full even when I am not excited.

Thanks Phil for the response. So, is what you're describing just in relation to

it's flacid state? Or does it also apply to an erect penis? I'm hoping you're

going to tell me that an erect penis should always be the same size, despite HRT

and the only effect is the amt of hardness...i.e a harder erect penis is bigger

than a semi-erect one.

Yes. I was on Testim for A year and it very quickley escalated ED, and

shrinkage. I do injections and HCG. It has taken 5 months of HCG and 3 months

of Cialis daily to substantially heal and restore both the Testis and smooth

muscle tissue of the penis. I am not quite what I was but close and still

getting better. What happened to me may not always be the case. Lots of people

do well on the gels.

increase of penile length and thickness. Usually it causes testicular shrinkage.

There is a natural process that goes on at night when your sleeping and go into

rem sleep. A cut and past of what happens.

plugged up with crap. I lost this for over 30 yrs I could have sex but it was

not as big or hard as it was when I was younger.

I found out my high Estradiol kill my Night time and morning wood. About 7 yrs

ago I got my Estradiol levels down and got my night time wood back today I am 66

when my Estradiol levels are in the sweet spot I have wood when I wake that I

can hang a coat on. My wife even says it is a lot bigger and harder much like

it was when we first married. You need to get this back as your nocturnal

erections come back night after night it heals your penis and it works better.

This will not happen over night it took many yrs to get this bad and it will

take time to fix it is not to bad.

So when your hormones are all tuned up all you need to do is keep an eye on your

night time wood by keeping your Estradiol levels down.

When you have low T and high E2 you lose night time and morning wood this

happens with rem sleep it keeps the penis healthy so it does not get all plugged

up. When we get T levels back up and keep E2 down this wood comes back and in

time will get healthy again. And your penis will be like it was when it worked

it's best. Unless you have other health problems.

And you can keep your Testis working if you add HCG to your TRT on gels do a 250

IU's shot every 3 days on shots do a 250 IU's shot the 2 days each before your

next T shot. My testis were the size of small grapes when I added HCG they came

back to there normol size and sex was better in about 4 months.

Some guys have stated it enlarges the phallus - not so much in length but in

width.

If anything I would have thought this stands to reason as its Testosterone and

in particular DHT which cause penile growth.

However, I don't doubt estradiol (whether too low or too high may counteract

this in some way and maybe its just been XXY guys who experience this 'benefit'.

Testosterone is known to cause vaasodilation of the arteries and with NO

increases blood flow to the penis when erect. Therefore I don't quite understand

few guys here saying TRT and penile shrinkage go 'hand in hand' unless it is

indeed an e2 issue.

You may need to consider that patients are the Primary eye witness and the

primary suspect. I was able about 2 years ago to an excellent supply of

compounded DHT. My cognitive levels of manhood were excellent. It was the first

Did it really dot this for you or is this what you would like to think?

I am not doubting your integrity but I am always suspicious of people writing

similar things on boards.

It MUST have decreased your tesicles if you switched them 'off' completely i.e.

without the added use of hCG. The only other possible reason it mey not have

reduced your testicles is that they were very small to begin with. This would

infer Klinefelters syndrome (or variant). Again this might sit alongside with

your claim of slight increase in penis size since XXY guys usually do not

complete full puberty.
