Guest guest
I live in MI. Rochester Hills I never do labs with Hosp.'s they are not anygood. I do all my labs with Quest labs and yes you can get your Estradiol levels down with Indolplex/DIM take one tablet at dinner time. It will take a few weeks to get it down but when it's in the sweet spot you will get some strong night time and morning wood. I gage by my wood in my sleep how good my levels are. IF you lose your wood after getting it back it can mean you went to low. So just stop the Indolplex/DIM until you wood comes back that day go back on the DIM but cut the tab in half. My Dr. is s in Alburn Hills 248-377-0600 in case you feel like you need a dam good one. Dr. in Mi. is about the best in the world men fly in to see him but he will not use your health care plain you need to pay him and get the money back on your own. www.allthingsmale.com go there and read TRT: A Recipe for Success and His HCG update. Guest guest
Phil and All, I seen some other post where it was said to drink water before bloodwork. I always was told nothing to eat or drink on fasting labs. My last bloodwork showed slightly elevated Hemoglobin and Hematocrit as well as elevated red blood cells. Red Blood Cells 7.32 (4.7-6.00 K.CUMM) Hemoglobin 19.7 (13.5-18.0 G/DL) Hematocrit 65.0 (42.0-52.0%) I hadnt had anything to drink for about 12 hours before the blood was drawn. I usually drink a lot of water and tea throuhout the day, so I know normally I am very well hydrated. I also do my T shots every 3 days. So is it okay to drink water only before blood work? And I know I can give some blood to help this, but I wasnt sure to do that before having it tested again to be sure. Guest guest
, All ways try to drink at least 3 8oz. glass's of water the morning of your labs before them. I think giving blood it a band-aid for this problem. I am all ways dehydrated I have low Aldosterone and need to take Florinef and I add a tsp full of good Sea Salt to my SS canteen of water all day long. My body dumps my sodium. So even drinking a lot of water before my labs I am high. Here are what my labs looked like 9 weeks ago. Hemoglobin 18.4 high range 13.2 – 17.1 g/dL. Note: high due to Dehydration from low Aldosterone. Now new labs last Tue 17.8 down. Hematocrit 54.3 high range 38.5 – 50.0 %. Note: high due to Dehydration from low Aldosterone. Now new labs last Tue 52.4. It came down because 9 weeks ago I was doing 100 mgs of Test C evey 3 days. Now on my last set of labs we lowered my Test C shot back to 70 mgs ever 3 days. My Testostreone levels were. Testosterone, Total 917 range 250 – 1100 ng/dL. Now new labs last Tue 667. Testosterone, Free 201.0 range 46.0 – 224.0 pg/mL. Now new labs last Tue 111.9. Testosterone, Bioavailable 395.9 range 110.0 to 575.0 ng/dL. Now new labs last Tue 215.5. SHBG 20 range 17 - 54 nmol/L. Now on new labs last Tue 28. Estradiol 8 range 13 to 54 pg/ml. Now on new labs last Tue 21. Last Sep. when I hit bottom and could not stand up or walk my Testosterone labs fell very bad and we had to up my dose because of all the pain I was on was eating up my T meds. I feel much better on Test C 70 mgs every 3 days but labs look much lower but it's not about labs it's about how you feel. Some things you can take to keep your blood thinner. • Aspirin 81 mg 2x’s/day. • Solary Super Bio C 2 x’s/day 1000 mgs. Total. • Biotics Bio-D-Mulsion Forte Vit. D 2000 IU's per drop try 4 drops / day then go by labs. • Krill Oil capliques 1,000 mgs. 2 with food morning mercola.com • NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine, Selenium, Molybdenum - 600 mg. • B-12 (Brain) Methylcobalamin - 5000 mcg lozenges. 3x’s/week. • Coenzyme B Complex. • P-5-P (Coenzyme B6) 50 mg. • I am taking 800 mcg. Folacal for low Folate RBC. SHBG 22 range 17 – 54 nmol/L. Guest guest
Since he has high cholesterol and is thinking of taking statins, he should DEFINITELY test his thyroid, since low thyroid often causes high cholesterol!
