I know from Phil and HAN and constant board-surfing that Cortef is stronger

than Generic HC. I took the glades generic for months and got ok results, and

slept well. On Cortef I tend to get more stable temps, but don't always feel as

good, and I have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep (with our without

a bedtime dose). However, if i take generic for a full day and a bedtime dose, I

sleep well.

I dose 10,10,5,5, and 5bedtime.

what do you think?
