ADC always comes through for me. I've had packages clear customs on New York in

one day and I've had it take 10 days. That's just for customs. It can take 3

or 4 days to get to NYC, and another two to get to you from there.

I wouldn't worry until 14 days have passed. After 30 days, tell them and they

will re-ship.

The tracking number should show when it it inbound into customs and when it

comes out to the USPS. After that you won't get an update until it is

delivered, usually 2 days later.
