Guest guest
Phil and Gentlemen, Does one need to be above the midpoint on the Cortisol range. I have tested at 6 and 7.5 on a scale of 2.3-19.4. These are morning fast-blood levels. My sodium/potassium and thyroid panels all appear good but in every other way. I have all the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. I am also under a tremendous amount of stress at work. I work out but am finding that a morning work out only last a few hours before the stress takes over. I am considering asking my doctor for medicines to slightly evelvate the cortisol level if this is the way to go??? If not does anyone have a better way to work with stress management other than working out. My body is taking a beating when the stress takes over. I feel like I just lost a 10 round boxing match.
