I have been doing my HCG shots in my thigh for yrs I get a feeling of well being

from the shot and doing them subQ I don't get this feeling until later in the

day and it keeps me up from sleeping.

I am retired and still wake at 5am so I take my meds and do my shots then go

back to bed. When I wake at 8am I feel dam good going this this way and sex is

great an hour or so after a IM shot of HCG.

I inject in the upper thigh and do it IM. If you read the information out there,

depending on who you ask (IM or Sub-Q) you get different opinions. I use an

insulin shot and pinch the skin, stick the needle in and gently relax the skin

while inserting the needle into the muscle. Doing it this way there is virtually

no pain.
