Total T: 10 (8 - 35 nmol/l) - was like 15 a month ago (how can it be so low?)

SHBG: 15 (8 - 60 nmol/l) - makes T " ok " according to my old hormone doc!

E2: 0.06 (<0.18 nmol/l) - was 0.18 a month ago

fS-Insulin: 30 (18 - 173 pmol/l) - was 150 in December

I am scared I have diabetes type 1 now due to the huge drop in serum Insulin!

What about your GUT I just posted a new link about this hear it is.

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/04/12/beware--bacteria-g\

rowing-in-your-gut-can-influence-your-behavior.aspx

Your T levels will fall if your sick being sick will eat up your T meds big time

you need to contact your Dr. and have him adjust your TRT but do the labs again

labs mess up.

As for your sugar your low because you fasted and did not take your HC meds this

lowers your sugar levels your suffering from hypoglycemia.

Been there done that.

I will read the GUT article! Thanks.

I DO have problems with my stomach and intestine/colon. Too many bad bacteria,

no good. It was proven on a stool sample at GENOVA DIAGNOSTICS; the " CDSA "

analyze.

I feel SO hypothyroid now. Temp is all over the place. Sometimes too high, like

99.4, and sometimes low like now, it's 98.0.

I already sent my new labs to Hertoghe. Wonder what he will say.

Phil, why did you say once you start TRT its for life? This is scaring me,

especially since I believe I might not need TRT!

Tom I tell all new men hear thinking about going on TRT not to until they find

out why they are low. Because once you start on it you shut down your

Pituitary.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pituitary_gland

HPTA is Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testes-Axis this will not work to tell your

Pituitary to send LH to your testis to make Testosterone this is why BB on

Steroids Cycle there Steroids on and off to keep the HPTA working yet most of

them BB's end up on TRT for life from doing them Steroids.

Fyi: type 1 diabetes is genetic only. You probly have type 2, which is based

on lifestyyle. You can correct type 2 but not type 1.

How can you explain that my serum insulin was top range for many months, which

correlates with Type 2 Diabetes, and then serum insulin droppes to bottom range.

Someone please explain this as I am very scared right now that I will not get

enough insulin!

Also, am I safe as long sd Blood Glucose is OK? Or can I die from diabetic

acidosis or hypoglycemia if blood glucose is Normal? (I know that last part

sounded weird!)

My norwegian Hormone doc, the one that put me on Thyroid hormones in 1997 when I

was severely obese, had high insulin etc., always tests Insulin and C-Peptide.

So a high Insulin in Serum means Insulin Resistance. This I know. But a log

Serum Insulin means Diabetes Type 1. Correct me if I'm wrong. Are there any

Diabetes specialists on here? I don't know what to do! And I feel very hypo!

My old hormone doc talked about the hormone regime I am on now. He said that...

Only by raising Thyroid, you can raise all the other hormones. And he don't

understand why Hertoghe put me on DHEA, Testosterone, talks about starting GH

and told me to keep taking HC. My old hormone doc, the one that has known and

treated me from 1997 til 2008, tells me that I only need Thyroid hormone. He

believes in Synthetic form btw. T4 + T3. Never T4 alone. Anyway.

I feel very Hypo at the moment. Temps down to 98.0 F (weird, yesterday they were

99.4 F) and bloated face and feeling nauseous all over, and weird in my stomach.

I also have greenish stools today.

Maybe it's VERY important to start the treatment for DYSBIOSIS (more bad

bacteria than good, and no good bacteria at all in my stomach!) and the

antibiotics that will remove the bad bacteria ASAP???

I will go to the pharmacy now. A neighbor will drive me. I have no power to do

so myself.

Hertoghe says that if a patients wants to stop using hormones, he allows that,

because the patients normal hormone state will return as it was before hormone

treatment started.

If you think about what he said it's ture but most men going on TRT are dam low

to start. I just taked to a man that pressed his Dr. to let him try TRT his

levels were 550 he went on Androgel ended up lower then 550 about 300. The

pushed his dose higher and the best he could get was 500.

His Dr. was not up on TRT they both felt he was better off at the levels he was

at before TRT 550.

He flat out stopped TRT ended very sick even off work with levels in the 200's.

I see this time and time again you can't go on TRT and stop and get higher

levels just dose not happen.

He is not on shots with levels in the 700 fighting to keep E2 levels down and

feels he messed up his body.

Yeah ok. So. If you have low T levels you will return to those same low T levels

after stopping TRT. Makes sense that it doesn't stay high after stopping TRT.

Me, on the other had, had medium levels of T while on optimal Thyroid. I never

got much muscle but I felt great and had the best sex life you could imagine

while being medium on Total T. This was in 2007 and back 10 years from that

point. Long before I tried TRT. Guess what made me feel so great was a

medium-in-range E2! I now see that if my T levels rise with TRT, I get higher E2

and feel... not so studly anymore! :P

Hertoghe wrote me today. He said I must start Growth Hormone asap!

You need to stop thinking about how you felt on them Thyroid meds. I don't feel

Thyroid has all that much to do with ones levels. Yes men on TRT with a Thyroid

problem not taking meds for the Thyroid will feel much better on the Thyroid

meds.

If your Dr. wants you on GH try it I felt dam good on GH and my Throid took off

I had to lower my Armour Thyriod meds down to none.

You can stop GH meds if you don't do good on them your GH levels don't get shut

down like Testosterone does.
