Guest guest
However, I live in the bay Area and see Dr. Fraze in Palo Alto. She is very good. Since I am female I can not say how she would treat males....BUT she is very easy to work with and would probably welcome some of the knowledge from this forum. I was diagnoised Stanford Pituitary Center by Dr. Katznelson. I really like him but his medicine is very standard by the book and he doesn't believe in Armour...so he just prescribes my growth hormone. He is proud that he has no experience with diabets...lol...so he works with Dr. Fraze and doesn't get involved in the rest of my treatment, thank goodness for Dr. Fraze.....she is also very knowledgable about bio-identicals too..The best doctor I have ever had in 30 years of Endo's. My husband see's Dr. no in Monterey another good choice...He has been very easy to work with and resolved my husband sleep issue. There have been some wrong turns along the way so it doesn't matter who you see you still have to steer the boat. Guest guest
I wish my wife would see him she can't sleep. But she hates Dr's and would not spend the money to see him. Guest guest
Dr. M started out as a psychiatrist and one of their specialties is getting people to sleep. My husband has a rare sleep disorder called restless limb syndrome which is similiar but competely different than restless leg syndrome. He gave him a variety of different sleep med's...things that would knock most of us off our feet and nothing worked...until the pill he takes now it is the only one that works.....Dr. M insisted he absolutely needed to get to sleep in order to start the healing process. Now after a year of working on balancing all the hormones....T,E2, HC and thyroid he finds he doesn't need as much sleep medication. It has been and continues to be a lot of work to balance the T, E2 and HC I have so much respect for all the effort he puts into it. There are so many people that could use some help through hormone therapy like your wife but for their own reason just don't wasn't to take the first step.....years ago you could not get my husband to even take asprin but as many of you have experienced when you get sick enough you ust want ot feel better...You wife would like Dr. M he is a very serious concerned straightforward doctor....it is hard to find opened minded mainstream doctors.... Guest guest
Yes I worry about her last night she could not keep here eyes open so at 9:30 she went to bed. This morning she told me she was up most of the night. I am having big problems with this leg pain now using a walker to walk the pain is so bad I can't stand even with the walker I think this is what kept her up last night. My Heart Dr. agrees with me I feel it's the Crestor he had me on. Now I am taking COQ10 300 mgs only been on it 3 days I hope this work or I am going to end up back in the hosp. I get labs every 8 week and had COQ10 tested the last 3 times. Never paided any mind to it now looking back they were never down blood was not sent in right going back 32 weeks my labs for COQ10 were low. I wonder how long it takes on this supplement to get levels back up. I am real worried about this.
