I have thicker blood due to Low Aldosterone levels and need to take the med

Florinef for this problem. My body dumps my sodium and I am all ways Dehydrated

this is why my blood tests high. I also need to add Sea Salt to my water all

day long to keep my sodium levels up.

Also I suffer from low Iron giving blood would be nuts for me. And most men

with thicker blood giving blood all the time end up with low Iron and Ferritin

levels.

There are good supplements that help thin blood and baby aspirin.

Yah.....

Cause without enough K2, the adequate D3 level, or Good D3 level, pushes calcium

to create coronary arteries instead of strong bones! :P

I will Ask Hertoghe. GP is clueless on vits and mins.

I am not so worried about this everyday someone has something to say about this

or that by the time you figure this all out some one will find something wrong

with taking K2 Vit's. I just read the list of foods that are a waste of your

money but try to buy them foods and know for sure your getting what you pay for.

This is a great read and I agree with it but how does one find the right foods

and eat the best way the stores are killing us.

I feel it's better getting a lil bit too much than too little of a vitamin or a

mineral.. Deficiencies are a bit worse than excess. Many times. I wanna take

MK-7! I feel I need it!

First get your gut fixed and then play with supplements.
