Hmmm.. How can I tell if I'm getting erections DURING REM? I kinda sleep

throughout the night... I have got up in the middle of the night to go to the

bathroom or early morning hours and have been erect.. but i'm not sure if that's

due to a full bladder making me hard/semi-hard or perhaps it's the erection

waking me up and then me realizing I should pee while I'm up anyways...

I have never in my life had a problem getting hard for sex - but since taking

the Arimidex I get hard at RECORD speed... I agree it's odd if I'm in the 70's

on my E levels that I have the ability to get ard like this....

I'll have my wife feel me up while I sleep to see if I'm getting hard LOL -

actually she'd likely love that request.

I've already started my " erection log " - too funny!

I'm keeping tack of T dose, Arimidex dose, sexual urges, energy, cognative

stuff, memory etc etc.

First let me tell you when you wake to pee it's not hard due to this it is from

rem sleep your waking up because you need to pee and it's hard from rem. So you

good and all you can do is keep track like your doing now so you can tell if you

go to low and need to stop Arimidex. It gets tricky at times and you can become

fooled. I have got labs thinking I am to low and was to high and at this time I

had no wood. So between labs and wood you can get it in the sweet spot and keep

it there.

Where you live I don't think you can do the labs like we get. At the time you

did this lab were you on Arimidex and did you have good wood.

I'll make a long story short, but the lab just emailed me. The last set of

results they gave me was wrong!!! So they sent my REAL results... UGH!!!

Here's the CORRECT Results:

Estordiol: 56.6 pg/ml (Range: 10-40)

Testosterone Total: 6.83 ng/ml (Range: 2.25-9.72)

Testosterone Free: >49 pg/ml (Range: 8.8 to 26 for Men 20-39y/o)

So now that the real results are in... It looks like my E DID go down with 1/4

pill 2x a week - but is still a ways away from that 20 number.

It looks like my Total Test is in range - but my Free test is WAY WAY up - in

fact double that of the highest in the range. How can my free T be so high?

Let me know what you all think now with these results.

Go on .5 mgs or one half a pill of arimidex every other day when you get wood

keep track of it if it stops your going down to low so just stop the arimidex

until your wood comes back that day go back on it but do .25 mgs every 2 days.

Don't worry about your Frees your lucky the Arimidex you did take free up your

bound Testosteone and your Free T when up. It will level off in time.

All I can say is WOW!!

Now I know what you all mean by morning wood that will wake you up!!!

Can you say Tripod????? Insane!!! I've never taken viagra - but I think this

is what it would feel like to take an entire bottle!!!! It actually kinda hurt!

of course I was smiling through the discomfort though knowing the Arimidex is

really kicking in...

Of course I had trouble falling back asleep thereafter so didn't see if I got

any more last night.... Was too bizarre to fall back to sleep.

HA - now I know!

P.S. This was the first night sleeping after chaning to a 1/2mg of Arimidex.

Had been doing 1/4 pill 3x a week - now up to 1/2 a pill EOD.

Sort of like, " Hello old friend! "

I'd suggest as soon as the wood stops, take a break. And adjust. You

don't want to go too low.

Going too low is worse than being too high.

Yes this is good your levels are now at there best try to see how much diff. you

feel all day. Keep an eye on the wood doing this much .5mgs you can go down to

low. Stay on this dose until wood stops then just stop the arimidex when it

comes back in a few days go back on it but do .25 mgs every other day this

should keep you leveled for a time.
