Zinc may have marginal results in reducing E2. DIM has better results in some

men. Adex is generally more effective especially with higher E2 levels. In the

absence of blood tests you might assume elevated E2 is the cause of the night

sweats and see if Adex helps.

It helps with it but most men have this because there Estradiol is to high or

they have Adrenal Fatigue and the sweats are from there sugar droping at night

eat some Cheese or Peanuts before going to bed or have your Cortisol levels

checked in this link is a 4x's in a day Saliva test you can buy.

----------------------------------------------

If your cortisol drops too low during the night your blood sugar drops too. Your

body compensate by releasing adrenaline as an emergency measure to mobilize more

sugar. This has the effect of waking you in an instant. This can be reduced by

eating high protein snack before retiring e.g. sardines, nuts of high quality

protein shake.
