Guest guest
Sounds like your estrogen levels might be elevated? do u get them checked regularly? maybe a different type of TRT would be better 4 you at this point! And I wouldn't even consider coming off cold turkey. It would be attempted much better with a professional monitoring your progress and doing the proper bloodwork. > > I am 50,I have been on 2 packets of testogel for ages, never feel horny,if anything I feel very emotional,I sometimes cry for no reason. It makes no difference to my life except for the cost and I am sure it makes me worse emotionaly. What are the pros and cons os just stopping?I have ostopenia, fat around my abdomen but no other medical conditions. >
Guest guest
I would try a diferent type of TRT, perhaps shots. I give myself shots when no one else is around to do it. 200mg a week in the rear. Makes me feel a bit horny, but what really does it is the 1/2 table of Arimedex twice a week. I controls the breakdown of testosterone, and really has perked up my sex life. Guest guest
If you stop it you will feel as bad as you did before you went on it or worse. What is wrong with you is your Estradiol levels are two high. Do a Quest labs test #4021 the range is 13 to 54 pg/ml if your above 30 best at 20 your to high. And this is why you feel like this. One quick test is do you get night time and morning wood from rem sleep. If not I am betting your go high. If you can get your Dr. to test this and he should and your to high get some Arimidex if your over 50 pg/ml take one half of the one mg. pill every other day. If your under 50 take 1/4 of the pill .25 mgs every other day. When your wood starts up your at your best levels. If you can't get your Dr. to test this or give you Arimidex get some Indolplex/DIM it's a supplement that works not as fast as Arimidex but in time you will feel better. Take one tablet at dinner time and keep a look out for some strong night time and morning wood. Get this brand. http://www.iherb.com/Enzymatic-Therapy-Pure-Rip-with-DIM-60-Tablets/12814?at=0 Also when you get your Estradiol levels down your SHBG levels will come down and this will unbind your Testosterone and your going to feel better your Free T will go way up doing this. Guest guest
Instead of stopping TRT, please get with a good Dr in your area or you can go see one of the specailist in the fields such as DR overbeck with (myself), Dr , or just any other primary dr who is familar with the management of estrodial which most likely is the cause. IT great you are at 2 packs of gel a day. What kind of numbers is that giving you and when are you taking blood in relationship to the application? One should also have their thyroid and adrenals properly evaluated when doing TRT. > > > From: andy e <jillandy@...> > > Subject: Should I stop TRT > > > > Date: Thursday, October 7, 2010, 2:12 PM > > I am 50,I have been on 2 packets of > > testogel for ages, never feel horny,if anything I feel very > > emotional,I sometimes cry for no reason. It makes no > > difference to my life except for the cost and I am sure it > > makes me worse emotionaly. What are the pros and cons os just > > stopping?I have ostopenia, fat around my abdomen but no other > > medical conditions. > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > >
