That's what I was thinking too, that the T levels need to go up.  What I'm

experiencing though is keeping me from doing that; what I'm talking about is

that my oibido is through the roof and I have so many erections that I can't

sleep sometimes and my penis actually hurts (it aches) from being hard so long

(or maybe it's from being really hard regardless of how long it's that way). 

What's going to happen if I get the T numbers up (no pun intended) even more

(say to around 800)?  Am I going to be walking around at " attention " all the

time or looking for any woman I can find  - actually I'm married . 

So, do you think that going to 550 made you feel like crud or do you think your

cruddy-feeling was from something else?

The only thing I could add about this is your Total and Free T levels are on the

lower side. You might need a higher dose. I felt so much better when I got my

levels a little higher. Three months ago my levels fell to 550 because my Dr.

felt bing on GH I could do good at a lower dose. It took some time but my levels

fell and I have been felling like crap on top of all the other things going

wrong.

You will think I am nuts for saying but the last guy I talked to that had this

problem upped his T dose this made his Estradiol go up a little and his libido

went down. Now today he plays with this he is single when he hooks up with a

women he lowers his T dose do he can go at it all day.

Nope.  I take the following:  I have chronic back pain and Interstitial

Cystitis:

Norco

Soma

Elimiron

A bit of Xanax to help me sleep

Vitamin D3

That's it.

Not familiar with the others, but what you describe sounds like mild priapism

(painful, long erections), and Trazadone can cause that side effect for anyone

on TRT. You might want to google priapism with your other meds.

Barb.. also... this priapism has only been an issue since I started HRT - not

something I ever experienced before.  I'm guessing it's the T or the E.  Too

much or not enough of one or both.
