Guest guest
When Dr. Shippens book came out it was a blessing for us men on TRT. In his book he said men need more Zinc and he said taking Zinc will lower your Copper levels. So I got me some Zinc 50 mgs with 2 mgs of Copper in it. The name of his book that now is a bit dated is called " The Testosterone Syndrome " . I was not feeling very good and had my Zinc and Copper levels test after a yr. of taking this. My Zinc levels are fine but my Copper was low. I can't find the study I read that Hardasnails sent me stating you should not take Zinc and Copper at the same time. Zinc lowers Copper. So I switched from this. http://www.myvitanet.com/zincop100cnt.html To this ZMA at bed time. http://www.myvitanet.com/zma-180-caps-now-foods.html And added this Copper 2 mgs at noon. http://www.myvitanet.com/biocitrate-copper-2-mg-60-count-solaray.html Also the ZMA helped with my restless legs and I feel better my Copper levels are back up. Guest guest
I think that's an excellent approach. Only adjust what you measure. I had my levels looked at an had good copper without taking any!? This confused me but I talked to a friend who sells OTC suppliments and she said our area is mostly copper pipes and that this minor difference gives up more copper then areas (for example) using PVC. BTW I checked the basement and yes, copper everywhere. Who knew? > > > From: Jeff <je1955@...> > > Subject: ZMA supplement > > > > Date: Sunday, February 21, 2010, 6:59 AM > > Do any of you have experience using > > ZMA supplement along with Androgel.
