Make sure your whey protein shakes don't have SOY in them SOY is no good for

men. It has a Estrogen marker in it that dose not work but will make your body

and brain think your levels are very high. This can move up your levels of SHBG

and your Free Testosterone levels will fall very low high SHBG binds up Free T

levels.

On my good days I go to the Old Person's Club in town and I get to use there

weight room for $2 / day I got there 3x's a week and work out. But it's been

about 3 months now that I have not done this every week.

Thanks, I'll be sure to check this out. I use the stuff made by Body Fortress

sold by Walmart. I just looked at the ingredients, and sure enough, it has this

in it, Soy Lecithin. Damned, maybe this is why I haven't been feeling the

hcg????

This is the one I have been using; mainly because I am lactose intolerant and

this one is very low in lactose. It tastes great too. I believe it comes in 2

other flavors:

Funny you mention this, because I just came from the vitamin shoppe, and I

mentioned to the young guy there I was looking for a whey product that didn't

have soy in it. He told me that most of them did, but said that it was such a

small amount, and that it wouldn't have any negative effects. He said that the

manufacturer has to put it on the label for people that are allergic to it.

Could be BS. But I saw that brand you mentioned. Does this have any soy in it??

Hey Phil,

I hope you are feeling a bit better. I know it sucks to feel bad all the time!

Well, the vitamin regimin is helping. It is actually not a monumentous task to

stay awake after meals now. It is still a struggle at times...okay...most of

the time, but I find it is overcome by getting up and moving around a bit. I

think it helps that I changed my hours at work too, so I'm getting an hour more

sleep a day. I'm still not " there " , and it still doesn't last all day, I still

wake up at night (usually in a sweat) every couple of hours, but overall I am

feeling better. I am hopeful that just continuing on a vitamin regimin will

help me to get through this and as long as it doesn't get worse, I guess I can

live with the status quo. Hopefully someday Medical Science as a whole will

understand that men need hormone " stabilization " just like women do! I don't

really like the term Hormone replacement. All that is happening is to stabilize

the body to what it should be. No-one is asking for more than should be. Maybe

someday that will be understood by the medical community at large! I wonder

what drives this prejudice? Is it the predominance of males in the medical

field and them not wanting to admit that men need help too? Search me. Heck, I

must be feeling better, I'm waxing philosophical! Have a better tomorrow than

today was.

Well it sounds like it's working taking Vit. and Supplements it takes time to

work good. I am having a better morning today so it gets better everyday.

Yesterday I felt like crap and later in the afternoon I took a little extra

Arimidex and I felt better so my Estradiol was on the higher side. Some times

it's hard to tell later in the day my hands were swelling up high Estradiol

makes me hold water big time. It's all good this morning.

My wife was up north with the Grand Kids and she got back last night. We had

some dam bad storms yesterday about 7:30pm here in Michigan Tress were down

power is out and she was on the road driving through it. So there I sat

watching all these warnings on TV praying she gets home safe.

Well if what I am doing with vitamin therapy was in question before, today just

answered that. I forgot to take my vitamins to work today. Bad day. Hopefully

once I am doing this for a few months, I can have the occasional day and not

suffer for it.

Interesting side note though. I have noticed (on the days I do remember my

vitamins) that for some reason I have started having hot flashes! It is so

weird! I'll be sitting at work, typing away and all of a sudden, I'm grabbing

for something to use as a fan and wishing I worked where there is a walk in

freezer! Damn, I thought that was just a female thing!
