That is the generic to Cortef Hydrocortisone I never used it but know a lot of

people that do and they do good on it. Did you show your Dr. this link about

the best parts from the book " Safe Uses of Cortisol " upto 40 mgs a day it's

safe. How to test this you take your morning dose if cortef then do labs

morning fasting Cortisol as long as your Cortisol levels come back above the

lower range you not on to much or shut down. Mine come back between 9 to 15 on

HC your Adrenals will keep making Cortisol but not in a high amount. Now if you

do this test and your low at 2 to 4 your on too much HC and it is slowing down

your Adreanls to much.

She knew about the book and recommended that I find a copy, but apparently SHE

hasn't read it in a while.

I have used ADC a number of times and I always get exactly what I ordered. The

meds come from overseas (India, I believe) so it can take a month to get. W
