If you did your shot on Wed and tested on Fri that is 2 days after that shot. I

feel you need to cut back on your dose but do it slow. If I were you I would do

75mgs 2x's per week. And try to test on the morning of your next shot but

before it. And I would up your Arimidex to .5 mgs everyday to get this E2 down

faster. When you get some strong morning wood keep going on this dose until

your wood stops that day stop the Arimidex until the wood comes back. Then that

day go back on it but do .25 mgs every other day. And keep track of it this way

is your wood stops again do the same thing and when you go back on it go to

every 3 days.

shot was Wednesday upon waking.. Test was done Saturday afternoon..

yes I'm going to drop the T to 75mg 2x per week...

I also am itching to start my HCG as I want my " friends " back so would like

advice in terms of when I can add that into the mix without complicating things

That is easy just do a 250 IU's shot the day before your T shot.
