It can be have your Thyroid, Estradiol and Cortisol levels checked. Try eating

some meat or nuts to keep your sugar levels up when your sleeping people with

low Cortisol levels have there sugar levels fall when they are sleeping and you

can wake up like this even some people are wet from head to toe.

==================================================

If your cortisol drops too low during the night your blood sugar drops too. Your

body compensate by releasing adrenaline as an emergency measure to mobilize more

sugar. This has the effect of waking you in an instant. This can be reduced by

eating high protein snack before retiring e.g. sardines, nuts of high quality

protein shake.

Also low cortisol levels at night when your sleeping will make your Testosterone

meds convert into Estradiol and levels do go high at night this can wake you up

in a sweat and can make you feel like your having a Painc Attick.

Check you E2 levels if high keep them down.

Mike, I often sweat, back and neck, during sleep, perhaps complicated by using a

CPAP for sleep apnea. I think this comes from estradiol which can be reduced by

small amounts of arimidex, anastrazole. I also notice I am more emotional when

this goes on.
