Guest guest
Hi guys, I'd like to know if free T or Total T is responsible for a " boyish " appearance. I'm 29y/o look 20, pale face, long leg ,flabby stomach and soft skin (i can stretch my skin like an elastic!). After several research on internet, i found articles about hypogonadism. I went to my endocrinolog to have a blood test. The results are pretty normal for Total T, E2, SHBG, LH and FSH but very low for Free T 0.32 n(normal range 0.32 - 1.3). Can this low Free T is responsible for males caracteristics? I mean.. i have no facial hair (a few hairs on my chins, no side burn..) but since my total T is normal, my endocrinolog says that i dont need a treatment, my delayed puberty may be genetic. How can i have a pretty good Total T level and a low free T level at the same time? Is there a way to increase free T naturaly? I've heard about zinc? PS= I have no sexual problem at all. Thank you very much.
