traveling (internationally) with testosterone and syringes

Hi,

what are the issues with traveling internationally with syringes and SMALL

amounts of testosterone? literally just enough to do 1 week's shot (I'll be gone

over a week so even if I do a shot the morning I leave I'll still be on schedule

to do another before I get back).

I was considering getting 1 ampule from one of the BB sources just for the

trip... draw the shot and throw the little bit remaining away (I'm NOT going to

come back through US Customs with a syringe and " steroids " )

I know even Sylvester Stalone got busted for something (HGH?) in australia.

so... is there anything special I need to do, not do, etc?

I was going to carry in my checked luggage (so no sharp object in my carry

on)...

anything else?

If you have a legitimate perscription just carry the written script with you

(for both the meds and the syringes). You also should travel with the

testosterone in the original vial as otherwise it could be interpreted as

something it is not.

For me I have never had an issue and no one has ever asked for anything - even

after you could obviously see the syringes passing through the xray screen.

Coming back into the states you should have no issue bringing back in the

original bottle as long as you also have the US script for it.

I always carry a copy of the pharmacy receipt. The extra part that you don't

give to insurance. It usually has what it is, physician, pharmacy filled. etc.

listed on it.

Technically I don't know if it's worth jack but it is really the only available

item I can carry that demonstrates what I have is legit. Next to calling the Dr.

I guess.

Have MD prescription with you-- I assume you thought of that.   syringes go in

Hi,

I've always gotten my test in the larger 10ml vials... I didn't even know 1ml

vials existed... I'll ask.

I know TECHNICALLY I'm supposed to carry everything prescription in it's

original pharmacy bottles etc... but I'm not going to go on a trip with a bunch

of 90day prescription bottles... lots of which are for 2 a day... but dosed PRN

(as needed)... so while a full script bottle is 180 pills I don't usually use

but 3-4 a week... for a 10 day trip 1 a day is PLENTY.

I'm always coming back with just a day or 2 in my weekly pill planner (I always

carry a couple extra days in case I get stuck someplace... don't want to be

stuck in Chicago O'hare with no heart meds ya know)... but then I've never flown

with syringes or injectables internationally before....

so I thought I'd ask... the 1ml vials sound interesting
