Last time I heard he was giving out a script for them he dose not take Blood

labs in his office. Now men are saying he is using Labcorp. I guess it about

how you want to do them and how your health care plain pays for them.

Plan on $225 for a 24 hour urine test.  You get the kit at the office and mail

mail it Fedx.  He did look at my labs.  Great doc, I am very happy with him

and his office staff.

DR. Jon..does he take recent labs you have or does he use only one lab and/or

does he tell you what you need and let you do your own under insurance or thru

primary?

The urine test, tests the T througout the day since T fluctuates?

The blood work is only a snap shot in time, correct?

My thinking is the best way to test T is blood work but then my BCBS will not

pay for 24 hr. Urine Testing for Sex Hormones and my Dr. dose not do them and in

all these yrs. I have done fine on blood labs.

I can't say I know much about urine labs.
