Guest guest
Your left testicle will naturaly be smaller than the right one. on top of the left one and on its bottom is little wound up tubes as well that is much softer than the real testicle. So if you feel your left side you are actualy feeling the testicle WITH the sack on top that is softer. feels like worms . Like Phil says your balls will get smaller as the years progress and you are on testosterone replacement shots. If you inject testosterone the balls do not have to work and manufacture testosterone on their own so they will shrink. 6 months is a bit short to notice that one is getting smaller. Look if you inject T the balls draw up nearer to your body and appears smaller . I would do small injections of HCG say 250iU into your stomach fat with an insulin needle 2 times a week to keep the testicles working. I would not worry about the puffiness. here is a test that you can perform. Take a warm shower to get the testicles to hang low in the sack. Examine each testicle and feel for round lumps (pea size)inside the actual ball and the area that surrounds the ball. If you find a lump inside the ball go and see a docter soon. sometimes there are lumps on the surface of the ball that are ducts that gets clogged let a doctor check that out as well but 99 % they will leave it there it being harmless. > > Hello Everyone, > > After five months of injecting testosterone, my left testicle, or at least > the tissue surrounding it seems to be puffy and somewhat swollen.
