Guest guest
I agree with the other suggestions, especially about the need to monitor and control estrogen. You might also consider a program of weight lifting. Take a look at the book by Connelly, MD. Guest guest
Hey guys, I will be having an appointment with my endocrinologist on Friday and I will ask him what he thinks. Does anyone else here have wide hips? All the men I see have fairly normal hips, so I'm guessing those that do have wide hips have hormonal conditions (like hypogonadism). > > I have been receiving testosterone shots since I was 16 because my body was unable to go through puberty (I am 19 now). I have been receiving full dosage for one or two years now. One of the problems that still bothers me is my body shape. I feel like I have a feminine build even after having received testosterone for three years. Even when I lost a lot of weight last year, I still feel like my actual hip bones are extremely large, and actually jut out from my waist by one or two inches Whenever I wear pants, it looks very awkward to have a very skinny thorax and a big waist. Also, my thighs and legs are gigantic, so I am really unable to wear skinnier pants. My shoulders are still very small and sloping. > > Is this a common problem or concern for men with Hypogonadism?
