Guest guest
No not doing both TRT and HCG all your doing is more shots. The half life of HCG will hold you over. Doing HCG more often can make E2 levels go to high. But one needs to try it see how they feel. Guest guest
I have seen from other posters that they have gotten a boost in libido from doing a smaller, more frequent HCG shot. I believe thats the case for me as well. I am doing 150iu ED for now, and I may go down to 100iu and see what that does. I do my T-Cyp shot every 3 days. As far as E2, I think I have had trouble with that since day 1 of starting TRT. I wish I knew to have had my E2 checked before even starting TRT, but I just didnt know about it. Without having it under control before using HCG probably hasnt helped. I think I am finally getting close to having it at the right level. I am sure by you having the good DR.C as your doc, you will be just fine. > > I'm under the care of Dr. Crisler, which includes injecting HCG two days and one day prior to injecting Test Cyp. Guest guest
I use to do a lot of HCG at one time I did 100 IU's everyday. Problem is E2 it's very hard to control E2 if your doing more HCG then your Testis can handle. When I first started on HCG I was doing Test C 150 mgs / wk. I started on 500 IU's 3x's / wk. After about 15 shots we did labs and my TT levels went from 600 to 1200. This is how I figured out I am Secondary and Dr. told me this had to be it there is no way ones testis can make that much T if your really Primary. After a time on this my E2 started going very high I needed .5 mgs to 1 mgs per day to keep my levels down. So I switched to doing my Test C shots to every 3 days and started doing HCG 400 IU's the 2 days each before my Test C shot. But still in time my E2 was going up and it was taking a lot of Arimidex to keep it in check. So today I still do Test C shots every 3 days I eat it up as fast as I take it. And now because I am in a lot of pain from being on Statin Drugs I now need 100 mgs every 3 days to keep my levels up. Today I only do 250 IU's of HCG the day before my Next Test C shot. I am on meds for low Cortiol levels I take 30 mgs of HC Cortef /day. I found out from a mod at Dr. 's forum that if my cortisol levels are to low at night when I am sleeping this can make the conversion of my Test C shot into E2 very fast. So I started taking 5mgs of Cortef at bed time. This worked great now I went from taking .5 mgs every day of Arimidex to .25 mgs. I feel if your doing more HCG then your Testis can handle your going to make a lot of E2. I also feel when your feeding your Testis more HCG then they can handle they get desensitized to the HCG and can't make enough testosterone. I feel this is what happened to me. Guest guest
Thanks, I think I will be changeing to an EOD at eithe 150iu or 100iu to see if that helps. I tried doing the shot before my T shot and seem to fell the effects beter with the daily routine. I may have to go back to that if E2 continues to be a problem. I do think I have my E2 ok now, might be a bit low. I took .3mg Adex 5 days ago and that evening my knees began to hurt and my erections became a bit week. Erection came back strong about 2 days later and have been good for 3 days. I just took .2mg of Adex today. Will see how that goes.
