When an Endo says he is secondary and ordered them tests he is up on this and a

good Dr. but he might not be up on high Estradiol levels in men. One needs this

tested before going on TRT if the Dr. will not test this buy it your self go to

this link and call them but tell them you want the Estradiol Sensitive test for

men from Labcorp. I think the cost is $40 to $50. One of the guys posted other

labs that do this read back today and yesterday to find it.

If his levels are very high over 30 pg/ml best at 20 get this down taking

Arimidex .25 to .5 mgs every other day use the .25 mgs or 1/4 of a pill if his

Estradiol is less then 50 over 50 use the 1/2 .5 mgs pill.

If you can't get this Dr. to give him this then get some Indolplex/DIM it's a

supplement SOC. Get this brand I know it works.

http://www.iherb.com/Enzymatic-Therapy-Pure-Rip-with-DIM-60-Tablets/12814?at=0

Take one tablet at dinner time it will take a longer time on this to get the

levels down but I feel it's better to come down slow this way you don't go to

low. He will get some strong night time and morning wood when his levels come

down this means he is at his best levels later if his wood stops he is going to

low. Just stop taking in until the wood comes back that day go back on it but

cut the tab in half.

ERin,

I would try to isolate the root cause of the problem by doing an indept medical

profile looking at lifestlyes, nutrition, and identiying hidden stressors

(biological or emotional, environmental, intestinal). Depending on the factors

as age, >30 then more likely lean towards TRT. As I have found that even with

optimal T and e2 levels they still do not feel well. It is not until the cause

or imbalance is found and addressed untill they start to feel well. It could be

heavy metals to simple food allergies as cause to low T. I have seen it happen

and even resolved both cases.

End: TRT may be a temporary solution to a long term problem and to exhaust all

possibilities before committing.
