Hi all

I have had more results in, and i wondered whether Phil could give some feedback

please? (or anyone else is welcome to chip in)

I'm 31, 260lbs, 5foot eleven.

Serum Oestradiol 48 50 to 218 pmol/L

Serum Testosterone 7.9* Male 9.9 to 27.8 nmol/L

Prolactin 68 23 to 340 mIU/ml

Adrenal antibodies Negative

My tsh recently was 0.65, with a T4 of 15.5 i think, range 10-23 I think.

FH and LSH were also low, no exact figures sorry but they were something like

2.2 when the low end of normal was 1.6.

SHBG earlier in the year was low, 18 I think, range: 18-84 nmol/L (i was on HC

earlier in the year when SHBG was taken). My testosterone level was recently

slightly higher at 10, but that was before hydrocortisone I think, and taken in

the afternoon, though the testosterone result above was afternoon too - 1.30pm i

think.

I am waiting for growth hormone /IGF-1 results.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to interpret these results? do they sound low

pituitary? Would be greatful for any thoughts or advice. I have to wait 3

weeks still to see my dr. it is a struggle.

Thanks

Chris
