Your estradiol is too high.

Should be around 20,.....and no hiigher than 30.

This is probably what is causing your erection issues.

Hi Gasper,

Here is what I see your Estraidol levels are to high killing your sex life. And

due to this your SHBG is higher binding up your Testosterone that is in your

body from your meds making it not working. I see this in your Free T levels.

As men get there Estradiol levels down there SHBG comes down and frees up there

Testosterone and there Free Testosterone levels shoot up near the top of the

range.

I don't feel men need to do both compounded testosterone cream everyday and Test

C shots once a week. This can mask your labs levels do your do your labs the

morning of your Test C shot and before you put on the cream. If not this is how

you should do this.

Here is the problem with what your doing testosterone meds in gels or creams go

through the skin this can set some men up for high Estradiol levels.

My Dr. had me on Androgel and to keep my Total T levels up he gave me a 200 mg

shot every 2 weeks.

He did this for a few yrs. I never did good on this it was driving my Estradiol

levels nuts. And at the time we did not know it.

I had Prostate problems with one bladder infection after the other, ED, could

not reach an orgasm, would wake up in the middle of the night in a Panic Attack

and felt hot and was sweating a lot. And I had a lot of joint and muscle pain.

I stopped the Gel and went on shots adding 500 IU's Of HCG 3 x's a week. Doing

this is how we figured out I am not Primary meaning my Testis don't work I am

Secondary meaning my Pituitary dose not work.

My testis started working again after not doing much on TRT 23 yrs adding the

HCG not HGH my testis went from being small like the size of small grapes to

normal.

Here is what I do today I do my shots every 3 days using a small 27g 1ml x 1/2 "

lg. needle. You could start with 50 mgs or 60 mgs dropping the cream and adding

a 250 IU's shot of HCG the day before your Test C shot.

Doing this will keep you more leveled help keep your blood thinner and hold down

your Estraidol levels.

Your Estradiol needs to be at about 20 pg/ml I take Arimidex to keep my levels

down and gage this by my night time and morning wood. Yes I said wood I got

this back getting my Estradiol levels down and my ED was gone my Prostate when

down and no more Panic Attacks. Plus I got my sex life back.

As for your supplements the only thing I would change is your Zinc/Copper try

ZMA I use the NOW brand and take 3 at bedtime. I take Copper but 2 mgs at noon.

As for giving blood like this you will end up with low Ferritin and Iron levels.

Make sure you drink a lot of water everyday if your Dehydrated your labs will

look higher for Hemoglobin and Hematocrit.

How To Take Arimdex and not go down on your Estradiol to Low.

What I found is if you go to low taking arimidex, it's the length of time your

to low, if your too low say for 8 weeks it can take your body a longer time to

make more Estradiol. Bottom line is to know how not to go to low. Keep a log on

your dose and how you feel men going to low can't get it up taking Viagra. I

went to low when I first tried Arimidex and did not know about going to low or

how one feels to low, so I was low a good 8 weeks. I did not know I was low

until my next labs.

The best gage I have found to control your Estradiol levels is to gage your

night time and morning wood. At good levels or what I call the sweet spot you

get your night time and morning wood back so strong it will wake you up and you

can hang a coat on it.

Most men do good taking .25 mgs or 1/4 of a 1mg. pill, I use a pill cutter to

cut the small pill in half then I stand it on the cut end and use a single edge

razor to cut this in half. A good way to take arimidex is by how high your

levels are. I tested over 90 pg/ml so we tried doing .5 mgs every other day

after 8 weeks my next set of labs showed it did not move below 90, test said

>90. So we did .5 mgs. every day in about 2 weeks I got some strong night time

and morning wood back after not having them for many yrs.

I kept doing this dose and in 8 weeks my next set of labs said <20 back in the

day labs were like this they did not have to good labs we have today they could

not read lower the 20. My Dr. told me this looks to low to stop taking the

Arimidex. The one thing I noticed was my wood stopped and stopping the Arimidex

my wood came back in about 7 weeks my next test at 8 weeks was 24 pg/ml. So we

went back on the Arimidex but the Dr. told me to take .5 mgs every 3 days I was

on this dose not a week and lost wood. This is when I figured out going to low

you lose wood. And the longer your too low the longer it takes to get levels

back up.

I stopped the arimidex right away and got my wood back in 4 days. I then after

playing with the dose for a time found the best dose is .25mgs every 2 to 3

days.

So lets say your labs are less the 50 pg/ml if your take .5 mgs you can go down

so dam fast your miss the sweet spot of your wood and go to low. It's best with

lower levels 50 and under to do less Arimidex .25mgs every 2 days if later your

lose wood when it comes back go to every 3 days.

I have found estradiol is the hardest hormone to control, it goes up or down

from month to month some times I need .25mgs every 2 days other times I need

..25mgs everyday most of the time I do well on every 3 days.

So between wood and labs I do great and so do most of the men I have told this

to. I keep a log on how much I am taking and how I feel. Doing this and reading

back in my log I was able to tell when I was going to high or to low my Dr. lets

me dose my arimidex by how I feel.

Over the yrs. I have posted this story until I am blue in the face.

Phil, The morning I did my labs I did not apply the gel and it was the day

before I do my injection. I felt this would be a truer indication of my levels

at the end of my cycle. I've been takeing Indoplex/Dim at dinner time

(120mg).Should I double the dosage or get my docto give me a script for

Arimidex? Thanks everyone for the help.

Gasper,

If you can get Arimidex it works much better how long have you been on the

Indolplex/DIM your doing both gels and shots it might be hard to lower your

Estraidol just doing DIM this is why I went from DIM back to Arimidex I stopped

gels did shots and added HCG getting my levels up to the top of the range made

me feel much better but it drive up my Estraidol levels. I feel it's a small

price to pay taking Arimidex to keep Estradiol down and feel this good.

You can buy it your self over seas if your Dr. will not give you a script for

it.

It a generic called Anastrozole

About 4 months. I had to switch Docs 6 mths ago because of my hematocrit was

too high and he took me off T. When I found my new doc my T had gone down to

270. Now it looks like I'll be changing again because of MDVIP

Yep me too and I con't understand for the life of me why Dr.'s think people can

aford to pay them fees. I will let you know If I find a good one just keep me

updated your looking. My Heart Dr. called me back he knows all about treating

me but can't help me he has to many now.

What is all this MDVIP that you guys are talking about?

So far I have not seen/heard it before.

Here is a copy of a post I did about it.

I just got a letter from my Dr. saying he is joining this group at MDVIP. And

will be cutting his practice no more then 600 patients for a cost of $1,500 to

$1,800 per yr. So join up now so you can secure a place in our practice.

WTF now If I want to use him I pay over and above what I pay for my Health Care

Plain out of my pocket this much more money.

Is this what it comes down too looks like I need a new Dr. Anyone getting a

letter like this. I did a search at groups and no one had a good thing to say

about Dr.'s doing this.

Wow the more I search into MDVIP it's a scam even Dr.'s that join it are being

ripped off.
