Guest guest
As I wait for my next visit to see about my hormone 'issues' I am also dealing with my hypertension as well. I am trying very hard to not start on another drug needless to say. I have read about hibiscus tea being good for lowering BP for several years but never tried any. Recently I have read some actual medical articles concerning it that impressed me enough to try it. Just ordered several boxes today from a 'trusted' source for the correct stuff. Here is what I find interesting. While doing research on it, I was looking for any potential side-effects of course. There are virtually none short of for folks with hypotension, and for those with hypertension on meds to watch for falling blood pressure. The only other warning I saw was that it has an 'anti-estrogenic' effect, and that women with low estrogen should not use it. Wondering how this might relate to us males here that suffer from high estradiol, and whether it might be a good thing? Just throwing a thought out there to be looked into. If any others here have hypertension, I will report as to whether it had the effects I read about on me after I have used it for awhile.
