Help with high hematocrit blood level

Hi am a 52 year old secondary hypo male.

Is on 100 mg Depo T once a week injections.

Been one of the unlucky 3 percent that got very high hematocrit,

red blood cell count from T injections.

My hematocrit level varies between 50 and 57 percent

What must I do

Please do not tell me to give my test results for T , e2 things

like that it is irrelevant

I am donating blood once a month instead of the ussual once every 2 months. This

only helps partially

I tried lowering my weekly T dose to half 50 mg per week that did not help.

What must I do
