Guest guest
I have lost hair on my legs too but I think my sides of my eyebrow's lost hair too. I read this is from a low thyroid. I don't mind the hair on my body but it dose not stop growing it gets dam long this is why I cut it with clippers like my buzz cut in length. I do this about every 4 months. My big problem after having heart by-pass sugary is exercising I was out cold 7 weeks and lost a lot of muscle. Dr.'s kept telling me I will get it back and be better then new. It's been 19 months now I could not walk when I came too today when we go to the store shopping for grocery's I need to walk behind the cart and when I get home I am done in for the day. The Dr.'s keep telling me to walk and exercise and I have been but it's like I got to this point and don't get stronger. The weight keeps coming back on I am all most back to the weight I was before my sugary. I follow Weight Watchers Program and use to lose weight on it. Now I same to hold water a lot and I am on water pills. I was happy going on Growth Hormone but it did not work out for me. I have lost the feeling in my hands and feet and was holding a lot of water. I have only been of this med 2 weeks. I have not been at the gym for 8 weeks the GH made my thyroid go hyper and I had to stop meds for it. I am venting here but I need to I am so dam sick of doing well then having set backs. I am going back into the gym Mon. do or die I need to get this weight off. I lose 35 lbs but this last set back put 40lbs back on me. If I can't exercise I gain weight. Dr.'s tell me my heart is fine no damage but yet I still get shot of breath and it's odd. If I go work out I am not out of breath but if I get up to to to the bath room when I sit back down I am out of breath. I can't help but feel my heart is fixed but the meds they have me on are doing this. This one I feel I don't need. •Simvastatin(Zocor) 20 mg. bedtime for Cholestrol. I never had High Cholestrol in my life. And this one I had a Ablation in the hosp. and was taken off it the Ablation was to make my heart beat right. •Atenolol 50 mg. 1x/day morning for heart beta-blocker. When they let me out of the hosp. they gave my wife a list of meds to get and dam if they put this med on the list that I was not on. We did not know this and 8 weeks later when I seen the Dr. he was upset this happened now I can't come off this med my heart beats to fast. Your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't. On one hand they tell you to do all them things don't gain weight and get exercise then give you meds that keep you from doing this. Ok I am done can't say this rant helped much.
