Guest guest
So the pressure is back. And headache. I've been on 35 mg HC now for almost 1 month, and my face has grown bigger. I doubt that is hypothyroid. Why would I Get More hypo with more HC right? This is more likely high cortisol. (???) But I also started Testosterone gel again about 1 month ago as well. A smaller dose than before (200 mg daily) at 75 mg daily. HCT started rising again this week, at 54. (40 - 50) - Could my rising HCT/HB/RBC be the reason why my head hurts now? This is TESTOSTERONE GEL raising HCT and so on, without a doubt, as Hertoghe says. I also woke up at 5 am with irregular heartbeat. Low potassium or just Hypo? Hertoghe told me to step down from 35 mg HC to 20 mg, and if that doesnt make my face less bloated, increase Thyrod with 15 or 30 mg every day (morning) - Isnt it crazy to step down with 15 mg HC like that? :-) I emailed him back with my worry about the huge dose change but got no immediate reply. (for 2 days) So, now I am kinda clueless again. Should I start taking VItamin E? Would that bring down HCT? I remember HCT was fine on 100 mg Testosterone daily. HCT didn't rise til I upped Testostosterone to 200 mg daily. So now that I am taking only 75 mg Testosterone daily, why would HCT rise??? Is it because I don't take Vitamin E now, or what? I will get my vitamin results this coming week. Then I'll decide if I'll start Vitamin E again or not. I need to do something to bring HCT and HB down..... I fear too much blood is giving me strong head symptoms! :\ Hmmmm, what to do??

Guest guest
I also have back pain now. Headache. Pressure in the head. Bloated face. I might very well be on too much HC. I wonder why he told me to go up to 35-40 mg HC, now down to 20 mg? 20 mg is NOT enough! I think I'll just dose slowly back down to 30 mg instead. That's NOT what my doctor told me to do, but it's a weekend and he's not at work til Tuesday, sooooo.......................................... But won't an increased HCT and HB from taking Testosterone give the same symptoms; Headache, pressure in the head? I remember these symptoms from the last time I had high HCT/HB. > From: Gibcast <gibcast@...> > Subject: Pressure and pain in the head again! > > Date: Saturday, October 16, 2010, 6:46 AM > So the pressure is back. Guest guest
That is what I tell people is to go down slow 2.5 mgs every 3 days if you drop down fast you feel to low. Guest guest
I will go down 2.5 mg to 32.5 mg and wait a week or so to see how I feel. What's weird is that my BP got lower while increasing from 30 to 35 mg HC. Having a slightly lower than normal BP - Doesnt this mean I can NOT be high on cortisol? > > > > > From: Gibcast <gibcast@...> > > > Subject: Pressure and pain in the head > again! > > > > > > Date: Saturday, October 16, 2010, 6:46 AM > > > So the pressure is back.
