I was just tested and my E2 came back on the low side. Did you do anything to

increase it?

Phil, It's good to see that you're getting back to the gym. This is something

you love. same with me. I'm starting to see results with myself. Lifting is not

a chore anymore, it's a renewed passion.

Please excuse my ignorance, when a person retains water, do they first notice it

in their hands an feet? I see none of this with myself. My upper body seems a

lot fuller. I've put on 12 lbs now in 3 weeks. I'm due for blood testing in 2

weeks. I had a problem with naturally low E2, but I suspect I broke out of that

and through the sweet spot. I have NO issues with nipple sensitivity, anxiety,

etc.

It was suggested by someone on another forum that since my T has been optimized

somewhat, I'm putting back on the muscle that I had lost, at a rapid pace. I can

say that I don't need 2-3 days between wo's anymore. 1 day does me fine

presently. There will come a point when I will have to rethink things as I am

somewhat of a " hardgainer " .
