The Indolplex/DIM is the best there is works great and dose all the things any

kind of DIM clams to do.

I can't say what your Dr. wants you to do but the DIM he is talking about is

full of other supplements and junk I been down this road the more crap one adds

to a supplement and the more they claim it dose the more I feel it's junk.

This stuff comes in caps and gets killed in the stomach Indolplex/DIM gets

pasted the stomach and works.

I have tried about every kind of DIM out there none work as good as

Indolplex/DIM. I only tell men about this because they need something to lower

the Estradiol levels and can't get there Dr. to give them Arimidex.

Thak you very much for your help. Do you think 3xs daily of Indolplex/DIM is

too much??

Yes way to much at the most one and a half but only after you try one for 4

weeks.

I have a question about DIM and wood. I know you gauge the use of DIM by your

night time/morning wood. When I first noticed my wood, it was extremely strong

for about 2 days, but I decided to keep taking the DIM. Im on about week 2 of

taking one pill a night and I still get morning wood, should I be shooting for

that really strong wood or should I keep going until I have to wood at all?

Try not taking the DIM on an empty stomach so take it with dinner. So your

saying you got night time and morning wood back on this DIM and you still have

it. When it starts back up it is very strong so much so it wakes you up and I

say you can hang a coat on it. But as your body adjusts to this it levels off

and most of the time will not even wake you put. So if you still have it the

DIM your taking is not to strong keep taking it but if you don't feel you had

wood before you get up see if you can get it up and it's good and hard. If not

your Estraiol levels are going down to low and your wood will die faster then

going to high. So just stop taking the Indolplex/DIM until your wood comes back

when it dose it will be dam strong again and wake you up. That day go back on

the Indolplex/DIM but cut the tab in half.
